We also know that many times, unfortunate circumstances can cause you to have to abandon your vacation plans. Hence, we offer a no cancellation fee policy. If you do have to cancel your plans, we will not be charging any amount for the cancellation if you are able to notify us of the trip cancellation 15 days prior to the trip commencing.
Cancellation Within 15 Days:
Any cancellations made within 15 days of travel however will incur a cancellation fee that amounts to the 20% deposit that was made when booking the trip. If however, you made payments greater than 20% of the trip cost, the excess amount will be refunded accordingly. Thus, for trips canceled within 15 days, the 20% deposit is non-refundable and is due at the time of booking confirmation.

However, if you do not want to cancel the trip and lose the security deposit, it is strongly advised to choose the option of delaying the trip for a future date with no extra expenses. As a result, we advise our travelers to take full use of the free trip postponement policy.
