Terms and Conditions

Before booking a holiday tour with Accessible Adventure, it is mandatory to agree and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you, the leader booker (henceforth referred to as “you”) and Accessible Adventure Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. (henceforth referred to as “Accessible Adventure”).


1.1. To book any trips which we have published at our website www.accessibleadventure.com, you should make 20% payment which is payable securely online through PayPal (all major credit and debit cards are accepted) and 80% balance is payable in cash at our office in Kathmandu.

1.2. Any applicable local payment is payable before embark on tour/journey.

1.3. Accessible Adventure accepts payment directly or by one of our authorized partners or sales agents.

In the event of trip cancellation, you must notify in written to Accessible Adventure; and the following cancelation policies will apply:

2.1. 56 days prior to departure - 80% refund.

2.2. 42 - 55 days prior to departure - 70% refund.

2.3. 29 - 41 days prior to departure - 50% refund.

2.4. 01 - 28 days before departure- no refund.

No refund will be made who leave out from the tour regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the program.


4.1. Accessible Adventure reserves the right to cancel or refuse your booking due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc.. In this event, Accessible Adventure may offer you an alternative trip of a similar standard. In case, the alternative tour doesn?t meet to your interest, Accessible Adventure will refund all monies paid by you.

4.2. Accessible Adventure will not take responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights due to bad weather conditions, road blockage, landslides, strike. Any expesnes incurred during this period will be your responsible.


5.1. It is your responsibility and ensure yourself that you have a valid passport at least 6 months, and all necessary visas, permits or travel insurance for your selected holiday. Accessible Adventure will not be responsible for any problems, delays or denied entry in the event you are not having of valid travel documents.

5.2. It is your responsibiltiy to follow the laws and regulations of the counties visited. In case of voilation of laws and regulation; you are oblised to leave out the tour anytime without any claims or complaints against Accessible Adventure. In such a case, Accessible Adventrue will not be responsible for any refund, compensatoin or addtional expenses incurred by you.

5.3. It is your responsibility to look after your belongings yourself. Accessible Adventure will not take responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any of your belongings.


6.1. We do not include your travel insurance in our holiday tour. Accessible Adventure highly advise you to purchase your own travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accident and rescue evacuation (if you are trekking in the mountain).
